IF I PLACE MY ORDER TODAY, WHEN DOES IT SHIP AND WHEN WILL I RECIEVE IT?

We process and ship orders as fast as possible. Since our items are handmade some items may take 2 - 4 weeks to deliver. Please be patient. We will send you tracking information as soon as your item ships. Our item descriptions specify if an item will take a longer than 1 week to deliver.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER STATUS?

You will receive an email containing your tracking number once your order ships. If you have questions about the shipment of your order, please contact us.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ADRIANA'S PEARL JEWELRY?

Handle with care: The glass on your Living Lockets™ is fragile can break. Handle with grace caution.

Avoid water: Always remove your jewelry before entering water. Living Lockets are not waterproof.

Polish: Our jewelry is made with real metals will naturally tarnish with time. To keep it looking as good as new, gently rub all pieces with dry polishing cloth in a circular motion until shine is restored. 

Remove: Take off your jewelry when using harsh chemicals, applying beauty products or perfume and avoid extreme heat or cold.

I WANTED TWO OF THE EXACT SAME PIECES, WHAT DO I DO?

In the event that you would like two identical pieces of jewelry you will need to contact us so that we can begin the process of making another piece that is identical. You will need to pay for all pieces before we begin the process of making another identical piece. Please keep in mind that although we strive to ship items within one business day a special order may take up to 5 business days to fulfill.

I LIKE A PENDANT FROM ONE OF YOUR PIECES BUT A CHARM FROM ANOTHER PIECE, WILL YOU MAKE WHAT I WANT?

Of course. You will need to contact us regarding the items that you would like to mix and match, however, although we WILL NOT charge any additional fees for special orders please keep in mind that if you did not mix and match like quantities and types of pendants or charms there MAY BE an additional charge for the additional materials. We will be upfront about the cost and a payment will need to be made before we begin making your special order jewelry.
